We have a straightforward safety standard that applies to all employees, contractors, and suppliers. Our employees are empowered with stop‑work authority, and every employee is responsible for their safety and that of their team. This includes:

•   Zero tolerance towards hazards, incidents and injuries

•   Products are safe and without adverse environmental impact

•   Compliance with legal requirements and industry standards

•   Proactive assessments in health, safety and environmental hazards for new business

•   New and existing work systems, practices and equipment

•   Problem solving at all levels of the organization to implement work practices that continually improve safety, environmental standards and productivity

•   Reporting and investigating incidents and implementing systems and practices that prevent reoccurrence

•   Ongoing training and development to improve and reinforce behavior‑based safety
