With more than 25 years of experience, Dean is an accomplished businessman who creates dynamic partnerships to scale business growth. Dean’s attention to detail in business development, people management, and strategic planning supports responsible, sustained business evolution. He is a driven and passionate leader who brings an energy of market dominance to CAVIS.

In 2011, Dean co-founded CDN Controls, scaling the business to become Western Canada’s leader in energy services. Under his leadership, CDN grew to impressive year-over-year growth and 700 employees distributed over 10 branch locations.

Known for his pragmatic approach to leadership and adherence to the highest standards, Nick provides oversight to our leaders in operations, procurement, major projects, and automation services.

Since his career began as an Interprovincial Red Seal Journeyman Electrician and Master Electrician, Nick is well-regarded as a 20-year veteran in the oil and gas sector.

As a CPA with 18 years of keen financial acumen, David has worked for North America’s private equity groups and individuals. He provides insight, analysis, and business reporting, playing an essential role in the success of CAVIS as he continues to ensure better decision-making and continual business growth. In addition to this role as CFO, David leads the merger and acquisition strategy.

Susan has led several high-level HR functions influencing change, transforming cultures, and championing business success through people engagement. She is responsible for building CAVIS’ employee base and compensation program. Creating an ecosystem of authenticity, empowerment, and accessible mentorship drive her decisions to enhance employee value proposition.

Craig is an accomplished executive with a proven track record of driving growth and innovation in oil field service organizations. Prior to his engagement with CAVIS, Craig was a founding management team member who grew an oil field services organization exponentially before its eventual IPO in 2023.  Craig brings his 15 years’ experience to collaborate with the executive team as they implement their vision for CAVIS.
