With more than 25 years of experience, Dean is an accomplished businessman who creates dynamic partnerships to scale business growth. Dean’s attention to detail in business development, people management, and strategic planning supports responsible, sustained business evolution. He is a driven and passionate leader who brings an energy of market dominance to CAVIS.

In 2011, Dean co-founded CDN Controls, scaling the business to become Western Canada’s leader in energy services. Under his leadership, CDN grew to impressive year-over-year growth and 650 employees distributed over 12 branch locations.

Known for his pragmatic approach to leadership and adherence to the highest standards, Nick provides oversight to our leaders in operations, procurement, major projects, and automation services.

Since his career began as an Interprovincial Red Seal Journeyman Electrician and Master Electrician, Nick is well-regarded as a 20-year veteran in the oil and gas sector.
